Hey all!

Just to give a (well deserved) shout-out for Lee (Learvis). He just finished working with us down here in Mexico on a feature film filmed on RED ONE. I have really enjoyed his company and his work over the last two months. He is very talented and has great working ethics. And he is a lot of fun too... If You ever need sound engineer / mixer for Your project - look no further...

Hey Peter,

Thanks for the Shout Out! I had a great time down in Mexico and working with a crew that is cool as hell! I look forward to future projects in the up coming year. I have to give Peter mad props as one of the coolest host/ Team members I ever had on a project. Not only is he great to work with he's a huge source of information and the man will feed you very well and I do mean well The man is like Chef Emeral in the Kitchen!

Over all I think Peter shows how forum members can network and help each other out. A little over a year ago we met on Reduser.net and carried the friendship to Scarletuser.com. Now I just finished doing sound for a feature film in Mexico!

I think once Jim and crew get the Scarlet into the hand of the forum users you will see much more networking from fellow Scarletusers. Oh and I can tell you this after seeing Peter pull his magic in Color Grading on the Red R3D files. I don't mind waiting for the Scarlet whenever it's released. I have have the Canon 5D and after seeing what you can do in post I'll skip any more Canon products and wait till Red serves up a dish of Scarlet!

Oh and Joseph We may hook up in the future after we see what happens when my Jayhawks play you cowboys and sooners in hoops LOL!

I wouldn't exactly claim the Sooners or the Cowboys, but I do prefer OSU over OU. :D

Speaking of the Jayhawks, at the collegiate game I went to tonight, they had a basketball signed by Bill Self for a silent auction...

That's really cool guys! I can't wait to see some footage when it becomes available.

And hey, if anyone wants to collaborate on any projects in the future I would love to help (as long as shelter and travel expenses are taken care of, I'm one broke motha fucka!)

That's really good to hear. Props to you both. And thanks again Peter for helping me out with the little project I'm working on. (I'll post more details once I've got things a bit more sorted.)

What a coincidence, I need a sound mixer. Want to come to LA for a few days for a deferred pay project? :)

Hey Matt,
