No...not at the moment at least. Adobe Camera raw is completely different to REDCODE. It is Adobe's proprietary format. You would need to convert and then import. But at 16bit RGB it wouldn't make any difference.
If you converted into DNG then you could open it in Light Room and from there into any other Adobe App. am not sure if this is available with RED One or not.
With the DSMC the RED Team will think of something for increased flexibility. Most camera companies come with their own propietary raw software for conversion so its not as if it would be out of the norm.

but i think that Adobe Camera Raw opens other formats from different camera makes .cr2 .nef .raf etc. than only adobe dng..
what about red as a make in the still world.. must have its own apps? and no way to use favorite apps?

Adobe CS4 is supporting Red native .r3d compressed raw files via a plugin. I don't know how this will work with camera RAW in photoshop yet, or if the stills mode for Scarlet will have a different uncompressed RAW format.

i think this will be close to reality.. coz reality is always dissapointing..
i mean if not then I will be able to grade any footage still/motion in lightroom which is more pleasent to me... which the industry makers would no like that much.. don't know why..
